The infrared panel or heating film is powered on and begins emitting far-infrared radiation into the space.

3.Surfaces absorb the energy

These surfaces absorb the radiant energy and gently rise in temperature, storing heat within the building fabric.

Once warmed, surfaces act like low-temperature radiators, steadily releasing heat back into the room to maintain comfortable conditions.

How do I set up temperature correction on my iHelios thermostat?

Hi 👋 yes, that’s completely normal — after running for a while, the thermostat can warm up slightly itself, so it may show a higher temperature than the actual room.
You can easily fix this with a temperature correction 👇

✅ Use a separate room thermometer to check the real room temperature.
✅ Switch off the thermostat in the Living Reinvented App first.
✅ Then go to Settings → Temperature Correction .
✅ Enter the difference (for example, if the thermostat shows 23°C but the thermometer shows 21°C, set –2°C).
✅ Save — your thermostat will now display the correct room temperature.
🔧 Advanced Setting (manual method):
1️⃣ Make sure the thermostat is switched off.
2️⃣ Press the ON/OFF and CLOCK buttons together for 5 seconds to enter Advanced Setting Mode.
3️⃣ Use the ▲ / ▼ buttons to scroll through the options.
4️⃣ Find Code 1Adj – Room Temperature Compensation.
5️⃣ Adjust between –9°C and +9°C (default is –2°C).
6️⃣ When finished, switch off the thermostat to save your new setting.

My thermostat doesn’t connect — what should I check?

Hi 👋 before starting the connection, make sure your phone or tablet is already connected to your home Wi-Fi — not mobile data.

📶 Important: The thermostat only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, not 5 GHz.

If your router has both networks, select the 2.4 GHz one before pairing.

Once you’re on the right Wi-Fi, open the Living Reinvented App and follow the connection steps again — it should connect right away 👍

How do I connect iHelios film strips?

✅ 1. Lay out the film according to your room plan .

✅ 2. Cut the film .

✅ 3. Connect the films in parallel, not in series — each strip’s copper busbar connects back to the same live and neutral lines.

✅ **4. Use the official iHelios clip connectors and insulation covers supplied with the kit.

✅ 5. Secure all electrical connections with proper insulation tape or the iHelios insulation patches provided.

✅ 6. Test continuity and insulation resistance before covering the system.
